• Researching, monitoring, and analysing EU regulatory and policy developments for all files related to the Single Market and topics such as the EU's horizontal and strategic industrial policy, product safety and liability, market surveillance and authorisation, company law, corporate social responsibility, cosmetics, unfair trading practices, European standardisation, and consumer rights and enforcement
• Curating legislative intelligence using the data gathered from research to publish comprehensive yet succinct analyses for clients of the EU Issue Tracker platform (Top legislative files include Net-Zero Industry Act, Right to Repair, Internal Market Emergency and Resilience Act, and the General Product Safety Regulation, among others)
• Liaising with officials of EU institutions in order to support intelligence gathering efforts and develop a network of relevant contacts
• Working collaboratively with the team to curate legislative intelligence for other policy areas when necessary, such as for Digital & Connectivity, Energy & Climate, Transport, and Environment.

• Contributed to the drafting of minutes of the GRI and its preparatory meeting between Commission services
• Drafted minutes of weekly unit meetings
• Followed and contributed to the GRI agenda planning and other preparatory meetings
• Followed the progress of particular files and contributed to the drafting suggestions offered by the Secretariat on notes prepared by other services for the GRI
• Participated in the unit's digital transition task force, including prepared short presentations on digital tips and tricks for unit meetings.

(Note: The GRI is a weekly meeting of the Deputy Heads of the Cabinets of the 27 Commissioners.)

• Supported meetings by preparing materials, setting up spaces and taking notes
• Sorted and distributed incoming mail to manage communication flow
• Shadowed daily activities of office staff to gain understanding of scope of work

• Assisted in the organisation of a state visit in Athens, Greece.
