WeFor Presents: InDispute Series  (December 2022)

 Developed and produced a 3-episode video series on climate change, the blue economy, and veganism, resulting in over 1400 views on social media platforms. 

• Led the overall management and execution of the project, ensuring timely completion of all milestones and deliverables, while staying within the allocated budget.
• Successfully coordinated a team of 10 members, including videographers, editors, and graphic designers, to produce high-quality content that aligned with the project's objectives.
• Conducted extensive participant outreach and communications, resulting in the recruitment of 14 expert panelists from diverse backgrounds and regions to ensure a well-rounded and informed discussion.
• Created and implemented a comprehensive marketing and distribution strategy, which included social media, email campaigns, and partnerships with relevant organizations to increase the reach and impact of the video series.
• Monitored and evaluated the success of the project.
