• Creation of crew pairings :
• Using Jeppesen Crew Pairing (JCP) , quality check of it and tuning for more efficient results. Upload it to AIMS and fixing any discrepancies using AIMS crew route construction.
• Feedback from network and day to day roster in order to identify delays root cause (even if it is not the crew pairing) and reduce it.
• Man Power planning :
• Combination of results of JCP scenarios with historical data regarding sick ratio and policy of reserve duties and assignment of annual leave periods.
• Assignment of flights:
• Through AIMS automatic assignment, quality check based on KPIs and proposals to fleet chief pilot and cabin crew office for more efficient rostering.
• Assignment of Line Training
• Collaboration with Quality department to adopt best practices to avoid fatigue through BAM and crew reports

• In charge for day to day crew operations.
• Finding the most efficient solution in crew shortage periods in a short time.

Teaching physics and mathematics to students

Creation of crew pairings through AIMS and assignment of flights on several qualification categories.

Simulator and ground training planning.

Assignment of ground training of flight deck on AIMS in combination with rooms planning in order to keep their expiry codes updated, requests of simulator slots and dealing with any change.
