  • Company Overview: Member of the Country Leadership Team. Head of the business franchise leading the team and owner of the franchise vision, P&L and commercial strategy, generating revenue of €100m.
  • Design & develop strategic digital healthcare initiatives as pilots and benchmark for Eastern & Central European cluster countries (MySkin app, VR experience for cancer patients, AR educational material, e-learning series, tele-medicine pilot, Digital Academy, etc.).
  • Member of the Novartis Digital Hub, design, lead and participate in innovative pilot projects in collaboration with Microsoft, Vodafone, Falling Walls Lab, Biome, etc.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of 12+ professionals across marketing, sales, medical, finance, operations, regulatory, IT and market access.
