Having had my own consulting company for 20+ years I have pre-opening/opening, multi-site management and consulting experience, having completed over 50 projects (feasibility studies, layout designs and business plans) for health & fitness clubs, spas, club chains and multi-type sports clubs. Having also been an operator of large health clubs and big spa facilities with +2,500-3000 members and revenues +2-3 mil. Euros, I bring valuable operational and managerial experience beside project management. My pre-architecture education provides me with the knowledge and skills to work with drawings and spa / club architectural standards in different projects. Public and private sector experience ranging from major projects & events management (2004 Olympic Games,2011 Special Olympics) to management of large leisure facilities.
