Aerodynamics Designer - Composites Manufacturing

Aerodynamics Design: Development and optimization of aerodynamic concepts for 2 Formula Student race cars.
Tools: Solidworks for cad applications and ANSYS workbench for structural and fluent for CFD analysis.
Composite Manufacturing: Every aerodynamic component is made out of carbon fiber, starting from the mold design itself and then applying methods like vacuum resin infusion and prepreg carbon fiber layup using polyester fiberglass, mdf and 3D-printed molds.
CNC Machining: Manufacturing mdf or XPS foam molds using using an in-house 3-axis CNC router.
Race Car Assembly & Pit Crew Operations: Car aerodynamic setup, assembly/disassembly of the car, and trackside support during competitions and testing.
