‑Provision of FGD (focused group discussions) on various topics, such as human rights, protection of sexual freedom, prevention of SGBV (sexual and gender based violence), social integration, etc.
‑Escort and legal representation of the accommodated unaccompanied minors to the Competent Authorities for the proper facilitation of their asylum procedures, such as issuance or renewal of asylum seeker cards, full or pre‑registration of applications for international protection, asylum interview, appeal against negative asylum decisions, issuance of TDV, etc

legal support at the first and second instance
‑ preparation and escort at interviews, applications against the geographical limit, interventions and support of vulnerable cases
‑writing memos and appeals, objections against detention
‑legal support for victims of torture and SGBV survivors
‑ case management, communication and collaboration with authorities in relation to the beneficiaries' wellbeing
‑collaboration with other organizations and authorities.

Judicial and advisory law with emphasis on the areas of civil, commercial, administrative and criminal law, with continuous monitoring of jurisprudence and general legal developments.

Handling various employment law cases at advisory level.
-Advising clients on: recruitment, redundancies, working programme and working time, leave, outsourcing, transfer of undertakings.
-Supporting domestic clients with integrity cases.

I have been practicing as a lawyer for eighteen (18) months, in Civil Division of the Kilkis District Court and in particular in the Certificate Division (Wills, Heritage Disclaimers, Unions, Waivers, etc).
