I play football 4 times a week with my local team. I have training on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays and have a match against another team on the weekends. I like puzzles because they challenge my brain and improve my problem-solving skills and focus. Putting your brain to work improves it and allows it to think better. I like reading because it relaxes me after a long day. I usually read at night as it helps me sleep better. In my opinion, it also helps me imagine my self in other people's shoes which helps me be more understanding of others and how I can help them. Reading also also improves my languages as I read in English, French, and Greek.
