This was my third job i got in "Αγκωνή" "Agone" εστιατόριο restaurant where i started working as a waiter there i had the luck to expand my guest handling skills even more because at the summer time we had guest from all over the word and we had to serve them all and make sure that all where happy but it didn't end there my second year there i was tasked to take the role of the head waiter where i had to guide help and teach the assistant waiter the best possible ways to work in order to first of all have satisfied customers and second to be as sufficient as possible
This was my second position i got in Anastasia Hotel & Suites which i had the role of the breakfast manager there i had to make sure first of all every guest was satisfied second that all the food at the bouffe we offered where always full and that the dining hall was always clean after the breakfast was over i was tasked to make sure all the necessary utensils where ready for the next day also that all the stock has full and all that was double checked and hour before the breakfast period started
At the early age 15 years old i got my first job working as waiter for APOLLON SUITE KARYSTOS ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε. a four star hotel there i gained my first experience with guests as i had the task to take orders and serve drinks also this was my introduction to resorts and hotels in general i gained a lot of knowledge
as it was the first stepping stone in to next positions you will see ahead
