• Working in an exciting concept and developing a company I had responsibilities such as: Hiring new staff, Training new bartenders/Batista with or without experience, Ordering food, spirits, cleaning and bar gear surplus, Leading a multicultural team of over 35+ employees and 100+ volunteers coming from all around the world, Organizing stock rooms, Building and updating cocktail menu, Helping in overall management structure, Creating a unique multicultural atmosphere for guests and staff, Designing and setting up the extensions of Bastard Café, Improving and organizing the existing working systems

• With my return back in Greece and more specifically in my home island of Santorini, I'm showing a big interest in hospitality
• Trying to learn more about the industry I was hired for a period of two months
• September - October 2019

• Starting as a helper in cafés, restaurants and later on in bars, I started climbing my way up to the management
• After finding my interest area in personal relationships I was promoted to a supervisor and in extension I found myself leading the very first team as a manager in a start up café bar in the center of Athens.

Jeannette House of Art is my art studio where I present my work, but also I host several other artists from all around the world.
