During my tenure at Intralot, I took full ownership of the Data Migration process for the IGMS (Scratch Tickets) entity of Croatian Lottery (Hrvatska Lutrija), as part of the broader system migration project delivered by our team on behalf of Intralot.
I was responsible for the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of critical data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and seamless transition between legacy and new systems.
In addition, I contributed to the migration of other core entities, including the Lottery Games and Players Portfolio.
My role also included coordination and alignment meetings with senior stakeholders of Hrvatska Lutrija, ensuring that business and technical requirements were fully met.
- Technical Lead / Support Architect – Piraeus Bank (via Accenture)
As part of Accenture’s collaboration with Piraeus Bank, I served as Technical Lead and Support Architect for the design and implementation of the new “Αλληλόχρεος” (Overdraft Facility Business Loans) system within the bank’s LS Core Banking platform.
I was responsible for defining the technical and architectural framework of the new system, ensuring alignment with LS requirements, infrastructure, and integration standards, in close cooperation with the former Technical Director of Piraeus Bank. In addition to overseeing the system’s architecture and planning, I personally contributed to the development of a significant part of the user interface (UI) and provided technical direction, supervision, and mentoring to the software development team.
