Responsible for processing the Prior Permission required (PPR) for GA/BA flights for the 14 airports operated by Fraport Greece. Moreover, the role ensures availability of accurate and timely flight data for the regional airports, so as to facilitate on-time and efficient operation.

Job Duties:

· Planning the available airport capacity for the benefit of all types of traffic

· Process the Prior Permission requests for GA/BA flights for 14 airports by taking into consideration all the available resources

· Ensure full use of GA/BA operations are administered in a neutral, non-discriminatory and transparent manner

· Assure that GA/BA operations do not increase airport congestion and do not impact to the efficiency of airport operations

· Perform data quality checks related to the PPR procedure and other flight data

· Ensure availability of accurate and timely flight data for the regional airports and updated AODB respectively

· Provide operations support to the 14 Fraport Greece airports according to company's procedures and national legislation

· Responsible for the setup of PPR resource management & relevant approvals, for Mykonos, Chania, Corfu & Skiathos airport

Preparing Trips, strong knowledge of aircraft scheduling perimeters, such as exceptional knowledge of aircraft limitations, time zone changes, airport curfews, landing & overflight permit requirements as well as providing clients with the highest level of customer service.

Job Duties:

· Monitor the status of all planned flights until their final destination.

· Ensure all ground services are in order.

· Identify and take immediate, safe & correct action to minimize any potential delays.

· Review, prepare and submit post flight expense reports.

· Advise appropriate personnel of potential or actual delays and conditions affecting safety of a flight.

· Safe, efficient and regulatory compliant practices.

• Visiting and supervising construction works
• Creating and checking existing architectural designs,as well as, get in contact with the customers and ensure immediate response to their needs.
• Participation for Mr Emanouil Zacharakis book “How to Build A House”.
