• Case work: Further cultivated my interpersonal and communication skills as part of case management team, where my duties involved interviewing minors, drafting and managing case files, liaising with involved actors and service providers, escorting beneficiaries to medical facilities and other state/migration authorities.
• Field work: Tending to minors' daily needs, distribution of food and NFIs. Arranging regular community meetings and individual interventions to promote healthy routines, address issues and motivate minors.
• Preparation of MoVs, weekly and monthly reporting, regular attendance in trainings, IT support and visibility focal point for the facility.

• Education: Boosted student engagement by designing interactive lesson plans that incorporated multimedia and group activities. Designed workshops, projects, educational and recreational visits to bolster soft and hard skills, social-emotional learning and provide psychosocial support to minors.
• In coordination with public education authorities, aligned instructional practices with state standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining high-quality education delivery and assisted in reducing dropout rates through development of targeted intervention programs for at-risk students.
• Community building: Through constant engagement and direct communication with beneficiaries and their families, camps' and public education's authorities, we managed to bridge parties and facilitate unhindered access to education and other critical services.

"Odysseas" is a local NGO involved in language teaching, especially focusing on teaching Greek as a foreign language. I taught Greek and English to mixed groups of migrants, remigrants, refugees and locals.

• Education: In collaboration with educators, the case management team and the public education authorities, managed to boost participation in education throughout the lockdown periods during the coronavirus pandemic. Utilized various teaching techniques such as role-playing, storytelling, workshops and projects to bolster soft and hard skills, social-emotional learning and provide psychosocial support to the minors along with creating engaging classroom experiences that catered to different learning styles and to each student's individualized needs.
• Community building and integration: In collaboration with state authorities, other NGOs, volunteers and the local community, managed to create a framework which facilitated the minors' access to educational, psychosocial and vocational services and support.
• Other tasks: Weekly and monthly reports, distribution of food and NFIs, regular training attendance, preparation of MoVs, purchases of necessary materials
