• Strategic Implementation: Coordinate and represent C-TS in programs/projects related to strategic transformation goals of its units.
• Performance Analysis: Identify areas for improvement by analyzing existing workflows and performance indicators related to Cosmote's service activation processes, managed by C-TS crews and external partners.
• Operational Optimization: Design and manage projects aimed at optimizing C-TS operations.

Personnel Support:

• Process Improvement: Design and improve processes and workflows for core C-TS activities.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data and monitor key performance indicators related to core C-TS processes.
• Systemic Flow Enhancement: Reengineer and improve systemic workflows.
• Training Programs: Create and coordinate training programs for Company's personnel and its external partners.

- Next Generation Access (NGA) network

- IP Transformation - VoIP

- “White Areas” network (RURAL)

• Supporting Unified Address Book (UAB) and the main inventory of field telecommunication network.
