In charge of the "Reception Class" of a Primary School. This particular class is designed to support the needs of students coming from vulnerable groups and/or immigrants/refuges in order for them to integrate in the Greek school. The main task was to accommodate their adaptation in the Greek school by teaching Greek as a foreign/second language and supporting the students in a variety of subjects including mathematics, natural studies.

Providing a high standard of customer care but equally responsible for ensuring that all the passengers are safe and secure before, during and after a flight.

Working as a recruitment administrator in a marketing company entitled “Persistence Marketing Group” with the following duties:

· Focusing on the timely and accurate end to end administration of recruitment

· Creating and advertising all roles as required on multiple applications (job search websites, applications, newspapers)/ Sourcing candidates

· Organizing interviews with the owner

· Issuing employment documents

· Assisting in payroll administration, by processing all relevant employee info (leaves of absence, sick days and work schedule)

· Maintaining electronic records into the HR database of the organization and providing support in the administration of any HR related initiatives

· Performing various administrative tasks as required and answering incoming calls

Providing excellent customer service to passengers while ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the flight. Trained to deal with security and emergency situations, which may arise and can administer first aid to passengers. Maintained a friendly manner and calm, positive demeanor when handling complaints. Trained and worked in both Economy and Business Class for two and three and a half years accordingly.

After an orientation process I attended as a volunteer in Dubai Center for Special Needs (School for children with special needs in Dubai), I was involved in direct child interaction by carrying out activities in support of the classroom program guided by the classroom teacher.

Collaborated with the teacher to deliver computer lessons on "Microsoft Office Package" software. Offered students one-on-one assistance with class assignments and activities.

In charge of the schedule of 5th/6th Grade of the Triple Model Pilot Maraslio Primary School of the University of Athens. (Teaching Internship during the last semester at University.)
