
I am a “making things done” kind of person, a problem-solver with fifteen years of working experience. My attention to detail and excellent time management skills means that every task is completed efficiently and to the highest possible standard. I have a calm and patient disposition meaning that I am able to work effectively under pressure and focus on the task in hand. I am proficient working in teams, but also work well independently. At the same time, I decided to focus on my career and in fulfilling my own goals. As this is a huge career change, I have completed a bachelors from UCLAN with a 2:1 honours degree, also I have completed my postgraduate training in systemic psychotherapy and I am working in private practice in Glyfada.
• Provide advanced customer support
• Supporting/serving new customers
• Setup, organization, training ERP
• Maintaining and organizing the company’s filing system
• Support accountants by performing accounting duties
(i.e. Invoice issuing, Rack daily expenses)
• Receive complaints and resolve problems
• Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees,
clients and other external partners
• Keep up with the supply’s inventory
• Maintaining statutory registers
• Completing and filing statutory forms
• Organize and file documentation
• Support accountants by performing some of the basic
accounting duties (i.e. Invoice issuing)
• Support to a variety of staff members and departments
• Schedule appointments, track calendars and travel arrangements
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to:
photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
• Rent-a-car services
• Meeting and event coordination
• Project Management (i.e. Presentation design)
• Contacts management (e-mails, phone calls, meetings)
• Diary and time management
