For the past 18 years, I have been providing services to individuals with special educational and motor needs through personalized exercise programs, movement rehabilitation, and hydrotherapy, while also exploring the sociological aspects of physical activity and inclusion.
My main priority as a health professional is to develop and implement therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programs that aim at the full functionality of the patient or injured individual, whether they are an athlete or a general trainee, with the goal of eliminating their symptoms.
I place particular emphasis on exercise programs for children with special needs, ensuring that physical activity is combined with enjoyment through group programs that promote socialization and enhance self-esteem.
I seek to apply my experience and expertise in physical education and rehabilitation in a multicultural environment, integrating my knowledge of sports sociology and cultural anthropology to design inclusive programs that promote social cohesion and empowerment, particularly for vulnerable populations such as migrants and refugees.
