Assisting the manager in training new team members in the creation of auxiliary drawings for construction. Preparing the general plan, as well as all other necessary construction drawings, such as: organizing warehouses, office spaces, motorized access to the construction site, placing tower cranes and their subsequent installation using mobile cranes, building foundation formwork, phasing building structures, casting columns, beams, and slabs, platforms for temporary work inside and outside the building, façade scaffolding, wall formwork, installing stained glass windows, installing heavy equipment, lifting plans, installing suspended platforms, installing metal structures, installing elevators, etc.

Conducting construction site inspections. Reviewing estimate documentation with the pricing department, the Ministry of Construction, and the Ministry of Finance. Planning construction work. Preparing documentation for completed work for the quarter and handing it over to the client. Selection of materials from completed work with subsequent write-off from the construction site.

Development of drawings/diagrams for the layout of the heat and cooling chiller system, including the placement of indoor and outdoor equipment units. Calculation of the required materials for the system.

Development drawings for construction, such as: platforms for temporary work, scaffolding for casting beams and slab, updating the general site installation plan, scaffolding for building facades, using a safety line to carry out work on the roof and edge of the building, placing metal formwork for casting walls, quantitative of material for the temporary work.

Developing temporary work plans and preparing hidden work reports. Working with surveyors on the construction site, verifying existing elevations with design elevations. Verifying reinforcement and material drawings during the work process. Handing over completed work to the client. Conducting an inspection with a quality control representative.
