(Duty Station: Ministry of Migration and Asylum, General Secretariat for the Reception pf Asylum Seekers)

• Serve as the main contact for administrative aspects of project implementation, working closely with different internal departments and external stakeholders to follow up on administrative processes.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between IOM and the General Secretary for the Reception of Asylum Seekers, regarding the implementation of the activities of the program.
• Writing reports, monitoring activities, and collecting data related to the operation of Accommodation Facilities, RICs, and CCACs nationwide.
• Perform such other duties as may be assigned from the General Secretary for the Reception of Asylum Seekers.

• Security of accommodated UMC, incident management in the event of a crisis
• Care for UMC physical hygiene
• Escort in any social and/or medical services
• Organization of UMC’s daily routine and structured daily activities
• Participation in educational and recreational activities
• Contribution to the daily life and procedures of the facility

• Research and reporting on HBV and HCV prevalence worldwide
• Fieldwork with adult refugees, migrants regarding their connection with healthcare services for liver diseases
• Administrative assistance and report writing relating to programs undertaken by the association
• Fieldwork with PWID (People Who Inject Drugs) regarding their needs on safe use and their connection to healthcare services
• Certified performance of liver elastography examination to vulnerable social groups, provision of information dissemination, and linkage with healthcare services.
• Monitoring and follow-up of cases with Greek public hospitals

Duty Station: Secretary General of Reception for Asylum Seekers

• Report writing, monitoring and data collection of any relevant information regarding the operation of Accommodation Faciltiies, RICs and CCACs across the country
• Administrative assistance and site management of the office of the General Secretariat
• Liaison between the General Secretary for the Reception of Asylum Seekers and IOM/local authorities/implementing partners/ngos
• Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the General Secretary for the Reception of Asylum Seekers

Voluntary Relocation from Greece Program

• Supervision and management of the facility and the living conditions of the accommodated beneficiaries
• Coordination, guidance and supervision of 15 members of staff
• Coordination of daily activities and relocation procedures
• Management of monthly staff shift program and supervision of the weekly program of services at group or individual level
• Administrative assistance, site support, procurement and email correspondence management for the facility
• Case management (including GBV cases, mental health cases)

Voluntary Relocation from Greece Program

• Collection and monitoring of all the required beneficiaries’ documentation
• Administrative assistance and site support management of the facility
• Provision of access to relevant specialized care and administrative services
• Security and well-being of accommodated beneficiaries
• Social history and conduction of social assessment
• Referral of cases to any services needed (health, education, provision of activities), based on individual needs
• Development of recreational and educational activities

PEDIA Program
