Definition and formulation of Brands' strategy & positioning, New Product Development, Launch and Commercialization → Pricing and Distribution strategy for the whole region that the company activates
Translation of Category strategy into Brand plans, Brand positioning and Go-to-market strategies
Liaise with International and Local Advertising & Strategy agencies for the development of Integrated, Engaging and Brand Consistent Marketing Campaigns, suggesting the appropriate marketing mix strategy (Traditional / Digital media, Promotion, In-store), relevant with brands' targets
Focus on Digital campaigns: concept, mechanism, guidelines for implementation, performance monitoring & optimization in the territory that the brands' activate
Guidance & supervision of strategic countries (regional commercial teams), to address regional needs, build the 3-year category marketing plan and monitor proper implementation of brand strategy
Analysis and evaluation of Market trends, Category & Brand performance (Retail Data), Consumer behavior and Competitive activity, Qualitative & Quantitative consumer research, in order to identify new opportunities or product features needing to be modified or evolve to meet consumer needs
Coordination of the entire New Product Development process, cross-functioning with various company teams (R&D, Procurement, Production, Logistics) to allow for the appropriate initiative development and category profitability - Managing cooperation with International and Local Creative Design agencies to develop the appropriate product proposition
P&L analyses, costs & A&P for the evaluation of insights to optimize the category development and drive growth
E-commerce: Evaluation and Activation on introducing the brands' in e-commerce channel (strategy and proper material development in cooperation with Digital agencies)
