1. Client Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients and address their needs and concerns promptly.
* Ensure clients are satisfied with products or services and maintain consistent communication to foster trust and loyalty.
2. Account Growth and Sales:
* Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services or products.
* Develop strategic account plans to grow revenue from key accounts.
* Achieve sales targets by managing the commercial aspects of the account.
3. Collaboration and Coordination:
* Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure the clients’ needs are met.
* Liaise between the client and internal teams to facilitate a smooth workflow and service delivery.
4. Strategic Planning and Forecasting:
* Develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase account growth.
* Provide regular reports on account performance, including sales forecasts and client feedback.
* Analyze client data to anticipate their needs and trends in the market.
5. Negotiation and Conflict Resolution:
* Handle contract negotiations and renewals.
* Resolve any issues or disputes that arise between the client and the company, ensuring that relationships remain positive.

* Sales and Negotiation Skills: The ability to influence and persuade clients to buy additional services/products.

Education and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
* 3-5+ years of experience in sales or account management, ideally managing high-value clients.
* Experience in a relevant industry or product sector can be a plus.
