Member of Accenture/Alpha Bank transformation project management team. As Functional Analyst - Quality Assurance Engineer, my duties are from analyzing business requirements and forming them into user stories, to user acceptance testing in an agile method. Also, I apply honed problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve issues impacting business operations and goal achievement.

Data analysis and Reporting using MS Office and SQL, for strategic and administrative purposes. More specifically, participate reporting procedure concerning internally company, Eurobank, Bank of Greece, and even European Central Bank. Data use is exported from company's database, using SQL queries. At same time, take part in creation of new procedures and applications for needs of company's departments, from stage of communication and documenting specifications, to UAT and delivery to end-user.

Execution of accounting and cash management operations of the company. Supporting role in the management and processing of various projects for Marketing and Operations department. Secretarial support of the whole company and CEO. Responsible for managing and running the HQ.

Serving clients on the part of their trades. Seller of bancassurance and other banking products.
