I started working as an assistant in the morning mise en place of the kitchen , after that i was working for seven months at the garde manger station and currently i've been working at the hot kitchen of the restaurant ( grill station ).

I had a main position in Neapolitan pizza station and as an assistant in the restaurant's kitchen.

I had a key position in the hotel's main kitchen ( Terra Mare ) with responsibilities of the preparation and operation of the evening buffet.

I had a main position in the hotel's main kitchen ( Terra Mare ) with responsibilities in preparing the evening buffet , also sometimes as an assistant in other restaurants of the hotel such as the All Day restaurant ( Aqua e Sale ) and the Asian restaurant ( Takara ) .

I was as main position at the hotel's Greek restaurant and occasionally as an assistant in the other two hotel restaurants ( Italian, Grill ) and for a short period of time in the hotel's breakfast and afternoon buffet.

I was working in the hotel's main kitchen as an assistant in preparing the evening buffet. Also worked at the pizza station on a wood fire oven and occasionally at the breakfast buffet .
